Our Strength

Professionals at Om Rubber Industries undertake responsibility of doing 100% visual inspection before any rubber product is sent to the packaging department. They understand that quality is necessary not just to attract new customers but also to retain our high reputation in the market. To maintain this, our products are passed through certain tests that are conducted using hardness tester, specific gravity tester, tensile and elongation testing equipment, and ageing oven for accelerated ageing test (air circulating for heat ageing). Furthermore, even the test for abrasion resistance compression set is conducted. To obtain the desired specification, various aspects like - shaft finish, shaft run out, shaft speed, pressure exerted on seal are also considered.
